Moonlight Monday 4/28/14   1 comment

Author’s Note: Happy Monday everyone! I’m feeling much better after my allergy attack two weeks ago. We had some rain, which always seems to clean the air, and whatever it is that I’m allergic to (I think it’s tree pollen) should be finishing up blooming pretty soon, which is good since we’re expecting unseasonably warm weather this week.

Unfortunately, I’m going to have to cut back on Moonlight updates to one a month for May and June.  I suddenly realized last week that I have only 6 – 8 weeks left before I want to release Magebound, and while I have been working on it, I still have a ton of work left to do. In addition, I will be busy house-sitting for three of the four weekends in May, and since I’ve been getting extra hours at work, this really cuts into my writing time. So the next update will be May 26th and after that June 23. Hopefully, after that I’ll be able to get back to a bi-monthly schedule.

Thanks for your understanding and support, and I hope you enjoy this chapter of Moonlight.  🙂

Monday Update – 4/14/14   6 comments

Sorry, everybody – no chapter of Moonlight this week. I’ve been working on Magebound last week and this week, which I should have been writing Moonlight, I got hit by spring allergies really bad, and my head’s been too foggy to make much sense.

Thanks for your understanding and I’ll try to have a good, long chapter for you in two weeks.

Monday Update – 4/7/14 – Long Winter’s End   2 comments

Hey, everybody! Good news. Long Winter’s End is available for purchase through Smashwords and Amazon for just $0.99! It’s just a re-release, exactly the same as the version published through Shadowfire Press, so if you’ve already read it, you don’t need to get it again. ^_^ If you haven’t read it, I highly recommend this one. It’s one of my very favorites.

Blurb:
Can Myrran redeem his people and bring an end to a year-long winter?

When Myrran’s tribe arrived in the beautiful valley, it was a veritable land of plenty, until winter came and refused to leave. Desperate for spring to return, they leave an offering upon the ancient stone altar deep in the woods, a sacrifice to appease the spirits. Myrran, not at all happy to be left in the woods to die, is shocked to meet Ilevet, a giant talking rabbit and the true spirit of the valley.

Ilevet is not the vengeful demon Myrran’s tribe imagined him to be, nor is the winter his fault. After speaking with the spirit, Myrran sympathizes with the lonely being and sets out to redeem his people for their ignorant mistakes.

After an unspeakable act of betrayal, Myrran alone holds the key to ending the long winter and saving all their souls.
